Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with no branding, product names, or imagery. The sender name is neutral and the parcel description is generic. Nobody handling the parcel can tell what's inside.

Where we ship

All EU countries. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. You can also request a status update via the Track Order page.

Customs and fees

Prices are final for EU deliveries — you will not be asked to pay import fees or surcharges at your door.

Problems with delivery

If your order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us via the contact page and we will resolve it — replacement or refund.
