Here's exactly what happens after you hit "Place order" — and what the box does and doesn't say.

Add your picks to the cart and check out with your delivery details. You get an order confirmation with your order number right away. No card details are entered on this site.
2 · Confirm your payment
Within 24 hours we email you a secure payment request (PayPal or bank transfer) with a neutral description. You're only charged when you complete it — unpaid orders simply expire after 7 days.
3 · We ship it — discreetly
Once payment is confirmed, your order is dispatched within 1–2 business days in a plain box with a neutral sender name. Tracking arrives by email.
4 · Enjoy — or return unopened
Typical EU delivery is 7–14 business days. Unopened items have a 14-day right of withdrawal; hygiene-sealed items can't be returned once the seal is broken.
