Is the packaging really discreet?
Yes — completely plain outer box or mailer, a neutral sender name, and no brand, product name, or imagery anywhere on the outside. The parcel description is generic (e.g. "accessories").
Who can order?
You must be 18 or older. By ordering you confirm you're of legal age in your country.
Where do you ship?
All EU countries, free of charge, with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; typical delivery is 7–14 business days depending on the country. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
How do I pay?
After you place your order we email you a secure payment request (PayPal or bank transfer) within 24 hours, with a neutral description. You're only charged when you complete it; unpaid orders expire after 7 days.
Can I return items?
Unopened items: yes — 14-day EU right of withdrawal from delivery. For hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products can no longer be returned once the seal is broken (EU consumer law, Art. 16(e)). Wearables like harnesses and underwear follow the normal 14-day rules if unworn with tags attached.
Are the materials body-safe?
Toys are body-safe silicone, stainless steel, or ABS/resin as listed on each product. Wash before and after use; use water-based lube with silicone toys.
What shows up on my bank statement?
Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer with a neutral reference — no store name that gives anything away.
