Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The hygiene exception — please read

Under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed. In practice: intimate products (toys, plugs, cages and similar) arrive hygiene-sealed and cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Unopened, they return as normal.

Wearables

Harnesses, hoods, collars and underwear may be returned within 14 days if unworn, undamaged, and with tags/packaging intact. For underwear, hygiene strips must be in place.

How to start a return

Use the Cancel My Order page with your order number and checkout email. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Return shipping can be equally discreet — we'll show you how to label it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the original payment method where possible.

Faulty items

The hygiene exception never applies to defective goods — the EU two-year legal guarantee always covers faults. Contact us and we'll replace or refund.
