Why we process it

To fulfil your order (contract), answer support requests, handle returns and withdrawal rights (legal obligation), and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

Who receives it

Our website host (Vercel), our form and email processing service, and the suppliers and carriers who fulfil and deliver your order receive only the data needed for their role — carriers see an address and a neutral parcel, not the contents.

Tracking

This site runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Your cart and your 18+ confirmation are stored only in your own browser.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as required for accounting and warranty obligations, then deleted.
